Ordered Item(s): Pork Dumplings 8pcs $12 (paid exactly $12 with cash)

Quality of ingredients: good

Taste: Really good 8.5 out of 10

Service: Normal

Environment: Crowded but not impossible to eat with a wait line that moves pretty fast.

Comments: First impression was the best, I had never had this before and it was like a blow out for me, especially cause I’m a dumpling lover, personal favorite being xiao long bao, but this was on another level at least for me, it does not contain as much as soup as the xiao long bao (XLB) but it does have a little soup/juice inside (be careful cause its really hot), it is chewy on the outside and crunchy at the bottom, the flavor of the meat inside its just really pork+spices+veggies which it gives a really good balance, you can tell its made out of pork cause its tasty as if you were eating a pork sausage iykyk. The price is super affordable, and really good for when you need to grab something quick (I would say it will take about 5 minutes to get your dumplings served). The only drawback that I would say is that this place is really hidden if you are not familiar with the mall because I personally would not have the courage to go by myself if I never heard of this place before. It could be quite intimidating at first because of its mostly Chinese base clientele but it is definitely worth stopping by and grabbing one of these dumplings. Would I come back? 100% definitely yes. Is it worth having an hour trip? Not really, maybe 30 mins travel.

Consistency: I have visited both times during a weekday at lunch time and it was the same, although I heard during weekends because it’s utterly busy, you may not get prime quality and crunchier as usual, but still good to have.

4.5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
